Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Jacksonville, FL, with flexibility for occasional work‑from‑home opportunities. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Primary duties include overseeing landscaping and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget. The role requires coordination with internal teams, resolving issues promptly, generating reports for clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth within accounts.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship‑management and client communication skills
Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related industry is highly desirable
Project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple accounts and projects
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to resolve client concerns and issues
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools
Ability to balance in‑office and remote work effectively in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Landscape Management, or a related field (preferred)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
