Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Oral Treatment Sales The Territory Account Manager (TAM) leads key activities to progress your career in a fast‑paced, complex environment. The role focuses on driving results through a new approach to HIV treatment, collaborating cross‑functionally, and operating within a buy‑and‑bill treatment model.
Responsibilities
Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high‑priority prospects.
Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer’s needs to scale treatment models.
Coordinate across cross‑functional teams (Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to deliver an integrated product experience.
Maintain a portfolio‑based selling mindset and close internal communication loops for a cohesive ViiV experience.
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP needs.
Execute performance plans using KPIs and business problem‑solving to achieve objectives.
Develop external relationships with influential customers and thought leaders.
Demonstrate compliance, accountability, and ViiV values in all interactions.
Embrace ambiguity in a launch environment and view setbacks as learning opportunities.
Escalate issues and risks when necessary; speak up with courage.
Follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
3+ years of specialty experience.
Domestic travel as necessary, including overnight travel; majority of time in market.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
Strong planning and organization skills; analytical ability; business acumen; decision making and problem‑solving skills.
Experience influencing and collaborating cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in sales success in complex market‑access coverage situations.
Experience managing cold‑chain treatment products with HCPs.
Knowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention markets.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Experience partnering cross‑functionally within an integrated account team model with multiple field‑based members.
