About the Role:
We’re seeking ambitious and energetic Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a remote field position, with just one weekly meeting at our Carrollton office. You’ll be doing in‑home consultations with homeowners measuring windows, providing quotes on the spot, and aiming to close the sale during the same visit. We provide a mix of inbound leads, but you’ll also build your pipeline by canvassing new construction neighborhoods across DFW where demand for window treatments is already high. What You’ll Do:
Knock on doors (mostly in new construction areas) Perform in‑home consultations (measure, quote, and sell on the spot) Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships Attend weekly in‑person meetings at our Carrollton, TX office Track weekly performance and hit sales targets What You’ll Get:
Flat base salary
+
UNCAPPED COMMISSION Performance bonuses include:
Steak dinners Paid trip for 2 New car down payment assistance Rolex Watch
No experience needed
– full training provided All tools and sales materials supplied Work with a young, driven, and fast‑moving team Company Car Company Device Requirements:
Must live in the DFW metroplex and have reliable transportation Must be confident doing in‑home consultations and handling objections Must be coachable, consistent, and self‑motivated Able to walk door‑to‑door and engage face‑to‑face Must attend weekly office meeting in
