Service-to-Sales Concierge

role focused on acquiring vehicles through our Service Department. This position plays a key role in taking the dealership to the next level and offers an excellent growth opportunity for the right candidate. We’re looking for a highly committed individual seeking long-term career growth with Prosper Ford. Responsibilities / Duties

Outbound Calling:

Confirm all scheduled service appointments daily and proactively prospect to generate additional appointments (approximately 60–100 calls per day).

Dependability & Schedule:

Reliable and punctual, with a work schedule beginning at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday.

Computer Proficiency:

Comfortable using dealership technology and CRM tools; experience with or ability to learn Automotive Masterminds for equity mining and customer prospecting.

Sales Aptitude:

Ability to identify opportunities to convert service customers into sales leads by presenting trade-in or vehicle upgrade options.

Team Collaboration:

Strong team player who supports Service Advisors and assists customers as needed in a service concierge role.

On-Camera Presence:

Comfortable recording and sending introductory and repair update videos to customers to enhance communication and drive engagement.

Qualifications Required

Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers by phone and video

Reliable and punctual; able to start at

7:00 a.m. , Monday–Friday, and work every other Saturday

Computer proficient; able to learn CRM and dealership software

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude

Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred

Experience in automotive service, sales, BDC, or call-center environments

Familiarity with CRM systems or equity‑mining tools (Automotive Masterminds a plus)

Sales experience or proven ability to convert conversations into appointments or sales opportunities

Comfortable recording short customer-facing videos

Automotive dealership experience
