Manager, Sales

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across commercial re‑roofing and service/repair work by developing strong relationships with building owners, property managers, general contractors and facility leaders. This role manages the full sales process from lead generation and roof inspections through proposal development, negotiation and contract execution, while partnering closely with estimating, service and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and smooth transitions to operations. The Sales Manager focuses on growing the preventative maintenance and service pipeline, presenting tailored roofing solutions, tracking sales performance and supporting long‑term customer satisfaction.
