We are looking for a full‑time
Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales
to join our team at Stellar Industrial in
Dartmouth, NS . The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, entering orders, and supporting Territory Managers to meet daily outbound call goals. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current customers. Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate information to the relevant personnel. Maintain an accurate database – update customer information as required. Assist customers with product information and answer inquiries. Proactively contact customers to promote Stellar products and services to achieve daily outbound call goals. Support Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders, and correspondence. Client service via telephone, in‑person, and electronic communications. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven to reach sales goals. Must be currently living in the Dartmouth, NS area. Compensation & Benefits
