About the Role ADMFA AUDIO is expanding our client base across Houston and beyond. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and maintaining strong relationships with returning clients for our studio rentals, live-event production, and equipment services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
Promote ADMFA’s studio rentals, LED walls, sound engineering, and event-production packages.
Prepare professional proposals and negotiate contracts that meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to tailor packages to client needs.
Track leads and update activity within the CRM for weekly reporting.
Represent ADMFA AUDIO at local events and trade shows.
Qualifications
2+ years in sales, preferably in entertainment, AV, or event-services industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas independently.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar CRM tools.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within Houston.
