Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Work closely with the sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products, inventory, and promotions. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall dealership success. Requirements
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work effectively under new management and evolving processes. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Benefits
