At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.**## ## * Technical experts who are confident in the OR and comfortable with surgical instrumentation, able to provide hands-on product and procedural training and support.* Results-oriented sellers who take ownership of their territory, consistently deliver on targets, and develop long-term customer relationships.* Proactive business builders who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and take initiative to find and grow opportunities.* Collaborative teammates who work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.## * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field* 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience or 7+ years of orthopedic/healthcare sales experience* Proven ability to develop and maintain key customer relationships* Demonstrated experience with clinical case support, training, or technical product support* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex material effectively* High sense of urgency and ownership; organized and able to manage inventory and logistics* Willingness to travel frequently (up to 90%) within the assigned territory* All field sales professionals must successfully complete Smith+Nephew’s credentialing process, which may include proof of COVID-19 vaccination.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience selling orthopedic shoulder products or working in the orthopedic/medical device industry* Experience in the OR and/or working with surgical staff and hospital systems* Ability to lift 20+ lbs. of instrument sets and maneuver within hospital and surgical environments## You.
