The sky’s the limit when you work in Sales for one of the largest Harley-Davidson groups in Florida and one of the most forward-thinking and progressive automotive groups in the industry.

Responsibilities

Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media.

Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest.

Schedule Guest’s showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival.

Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.

Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal “book” of repeat business.

Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Company-paid training for new candidates.

Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.

Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required.

Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.

Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve CSI scores above manufacturer requirements.

Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.

Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Some college preferred.

Must have a valid US government issued Driver’s License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
