West Shore Home – Cincinnati, OH – Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday rotating schedule.
Purpose of Position Primary contact for customers, delivering West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements to purchase our products and services.
Key Role Accountabilities
Follow monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00‑7:00, Weeks 3–4 Tues–Fri 9:00‑7:00 & Sat 9:00‑2:00.
Sales appointments ~2 hours each.
Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
Guide customers through personalized one‑call close sales process.
No cold‑calling; all leads warm and pre‑set.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Previous sales experience; recent grads and retail/hospitality/customer‑facing roles also successful.
Valid smart phone or smart device to log into company required systems using two‑factor authentication.

Compensation
Base salary + uncapped commission pay structure, earnings up to $200K+*.
