Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Meridian, MS. The Retail Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing retail operations, mentoring and developing sales associates, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. The manager will also engage with customers directly, resolve their concerns, and ensure the store's overall success through effective leadership and collaboration.
Qualifications
Prior experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales goals
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and enhance Customer Experience
Leadership and team management experience
Motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in sales systems and tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus
