Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Counter Sale Person:
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with product inquiries and orders
Helping walk-in customers place orders and navigate our inventory system
Using the computer to look up stock, enter orders, and process requests
Performing light clerical tasks such as filing customer orders and maintaining records
Providing excellent service in both English and Spanish
Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Customer wants a resume
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or counter experience is a plus
