What We Need We are looking for an
Account Manager
who will drive growth within existing customer accounts by identifying and closing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while also generating new business within the small fleet segment. This role requires a strong relationship builder who can engage executive stakeholders, understand client needs, and deliver strategic solutions that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key accounts and executive stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and aligning solutions to achieve measurable results.
Develop account growth plans and strategies to support both customer success and company goals.
Prospect and close new business opportunities within the small fleet segment.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor, and product enhancements to effectively position the company’s solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track account performance, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
Deliver quarterly business reviews and performance insights to highlight value and uncover new opportunities.
Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently communicate features, benefits, and value to clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment while managing competing priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
