Training begins with paid onboarding in a remote work environment. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to understand customers’ insurance needs. Recommend and align coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Represent the Liberty Mutual brand with integrity, focusing on customer-centric sales. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and deliver high-quality service. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills for engaging prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities. Strong typing skills and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if you do not currently hold a license. Position Details
All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if needed). No cold calls; all leads are inbound and warm. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work-from-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
