Apex seeks a Managing Senior Partner (Sales Manager) to lead the sales team and grow the Phoenix market.

Responsibilities
Recruit and develop the sales team in your territory using the proven sales system.
Run weekly sales meetings and act as a player‑coach.
Work closely with the installation and services team to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
Report to the Regional Executive Partner and interact directly with company leadership.
Compensation Income opportunity for an MSP in the first year is
$130,000–$180,000 per year , plus competitive salary, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, PTO, and full benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision).
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive work experience.
5+ years in leadership roles with direct reports.
Passionate about developing people to maximize their potential.
Top performer in previous roles.
Proven exemplary leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High energy and positive attitude.
Track record of exceeding goals.
Strong willingness to learn and be coached, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
Ability to achieve superior results with minimal guidance.
Ability to relate to millennials and GenZ; college preferred.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
