Position Summary As a Sales Operation Support Specialist (SOSS), you will bring your sales‑oriented, solution‑mindful energy to various Pegasus properties across our U.S. footprint. With a focus on lease generation, you will support onsite teams with implementation or marketing/sales initiatives. The SOSS should possess a highly polished, business‑like presence and knowledge of leasing, accounting, marketing, design, property maintenance, and social media to meet high‑income potential based on daily activity and constant leasing opportunities at multiple sites, including new lease‑up locations. This role requires a self‑driven individual able to work without extensive direct supervision. Travel is essential, with assignments lasting up to three weeks at a time anywhere Pegasus Residential operates, typically 90% travel. The company reimburses travel expenses to assigned property and back to the home location at the conclusion of the assignment.

Creative mindset, executing out‑of‑the‑box marketing/sales ideas based on specific property/asset needs
Highly motivated, able to acquire a minimum of 8 new leases per month
Flexible in travel and long‑term assignments based on company needs
Detail‑oriented and adheres to company standards
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferred
Cross‑trained Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or Property Manager experience preferred
Extensive travel within a region and periodic travel to assist other regions required; excellent organizational and communication skills essential
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Previous Community Manager, Assistant Manager, or Leasing Consultant experience relevant
