Inside Sales Representative (Full Time), Dallas, TX
Full‑time permanent position in Dallas, TX.
FCX Performance, part of Applied Industrial Technologies, is a leading process flow control company. As an Inbound‑Inside Sales Representative you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and the outside sales team, interacting with customers to determine process flow control and instrumentation needs while providing solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
Sell company products and services, process orders, handle price and delivery inquiries.
Maintain responsibility from quotation to collection: select and specify products, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, check availability, verify ship dates, and suggest related items to increase order size.
Process and expedite orders, customer returns, and returns to vendors accurately and timely.
Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary.
Work closely with the Outside Sales team to solicit business, execute order transactions, and maintain superior customer service levels.
Communicate effectively and participate positively as a member of the Branch/Division inside sales team.
Maximize gross margin by ensuring FCX gets paid for superior service, problem solving, and technical expertise.
Review open customer order reports and take action on open items that may be at risk in meeting promised delivery dates.
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1–3+ years of experience in a customer service related industry, inside technical sales, customer service, or application engineer role with an industrial distributor a plus.
