Job Description Summary Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power) is responsible for generating profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, including Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers. The position caters to the Commercial market segment and engages clients that consistently use equipment for short-term or long-term projects, such as Sand Blasting, Industrial Coating, Power Plants, HVAC, Construction Drying, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Generate profitable sales from the rental of Pump & Power division equipment.
Develop and execute new business development and customer retention strategies.
Deliver presentations and business reviews to management and customers.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with project management teams to support client projects.
Qualifications
B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
Background in Power Generation and testing equipment (highly desirable).
Ability to effectively provide presentations and business reviews.
Education level and experience that prepares you for success.
Physical Demands The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
