About the Role Outbound Inside Sales Representative

– represent a leading email‑marketing client and spearhead outbound sales efforts. This hybrid role is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

What Will You Do?

Conduct proactive outreach to customers through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and social selling to generate opportunities.

Ensure delivery on key performance indicators through calls, meetings, and email cadences, prioritizing leads.

Target leads by researching accounts, understanding buyer needs, and positioning our client’s portfolio of solutions.

Own the full sales cycle – manage deals from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, to close.

Strategically manage a sales pipeline, using CRM tools to maintain accurate records of deal stages, next steps, and close dates.

Use data to identify gaps in the pipeline and forecast accurately to monthly/quarterly goals.

Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their goals and challenges to position solutions that deliver business outcomes.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

12+ months of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS or IT services.

Experience in software vendor or system integrator space is highly desirable.

Strong prospecting, discovery, and communication skills.

Solutions‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Tech‑savvy and passionate about innovative technology solutions.

Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions effectively via phone and email.
