Sales Representative - Money Transfer Financial Services Retail Account Manager (FS‑RAM)

IDT is a leading communications and financial services company seeking a motivated Sales Representative to negotiate agreements with new and existing money transfer agents. You will target new markets, travel to prospects, recruit agents, and work closely with regional sales and internal teams to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities
Recruit new retail agents and assist in closing deals to grow transaction volumes across all locations.
Support new and existing agents in achieving agreed-upon transaction and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the Agent Performance Team to develop promotions, incentives, and long‑term agreements that preserve and increase volumes while meeting revenue and profitability goals.
Participate in events, promotions, and marketing activities to increase consumer awareness and drive repeat usage of the service.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager and other management stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience selling international money transfer services to small and medium‑sized businesses.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Willingness to travel at least 50% of normal business time.
Successful track record developing, maintaining, and growing an MT retail network, particularly servicing the US‑to‑Africa corridor.
Requirements
Proven work experience in a relevant role, including as an account manager.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Prepared to visit retailers and their customers onsite.
Basic computer skills and comfort using tablets and/or Bluetooth equipment.
Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills at all stakeholder levels.
Ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Authorized to work for all U.S. employers.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle (IDT offers mileage and gas reimbursement).
