to lead our wraparound mental health program and support families from pregnancy to adulthood.
About the Program The Wraparound program is an intensive, team-based approach to community‑based services, engaging individuals with complex needs and aiming to keep them in the least restrictive living environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative supervision to assigned staff.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of staff.
Create and facilitate staff development activities.
Assist with program operations and coordinate services with other programs and contractors.
Perform weekly individual supervision and case consultation to ensure quality of services.
Maintain and support after‑hours crisis response, carrying a St. Anne's on‑call cell phone.
Review and sign paperwork for quality assurance, county mandates, and contract compliance.
Qualifications
Master's degree in child development, social work, psychology, or related field.
Active registration or licensure with California BBS.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an intensive mental health program.
Valid California Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Physical ability to perform Pro‑ACT, administer first aid/CPR, and operate an agency motor vehicle.
Benefits
Salary: $86,000‑plus per year (range posted; final pay depends on experience).
