Overview As a key member of the resort HR team, the Human Resources Assistant provides comprehensive support to the HR department and resort leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining HR system records, supporting recruiting, answering employee questions, planning associate engagement events, and executing various recognition programs.
Responsibilities
Maintain HRIS records and generate HR reports.
Support recruiting activities and manage candidate pipelines.
Respond to associate questions and concern escalations.
Plan and execute associate engagement events and recognition programs.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to promote the resort as an ideal place to work.
Qualifications
Entry‑level or 1‑3 years of general HR experience.
Experience managing an HRIS system and preparing HR reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Positive, engaging personality with a passion for helping associates and leaders.
