The opportunity We are looking for several Senior Trade Operatives to join our team at Cambria, playing a key role in delivering high-quality property maintenance services. This is a hands-on role where you will manage and motivate multi-skilled teams, oversee property maintenance works to ensure homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.
What will you be doing?
Managing operational teams across multiple sites
Monitoring performance and fostering a positive team culture.
Managing all resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
Making informed decisions to prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
Supporting team development through mentoring and training.
Monitoring health and safety compliance, providing training, and acting where needed.
Using performance data to guide decisions and maintain high service standards.
Delivering toolbox talks, mentoring, and on-the-job training to build skills and confidence across the team.
What we are looking for?
Proven experience in workforce management ideally property maintenance or similar.
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple sites.
Ability to use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power BI) for communication and reporting.
Knowledge of health & safety compliance
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
