We're seeking a highly organized and detailed Business Assistant to join our Business Development team and grow alongside us. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to shine and advance within a global game‑changer in the industry! As a Business Assistant, you will support our Americas Business Development teams by handling a variety of administrative and business development–focused tasks, including detailed note‑taking during meetings, helping to optimize BD workflows, contributing to the development of value propositions, and supporting market‑facing activities that drive new opportunities. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a key team within our hyper‑growth multi‑billion‑dollar global organization.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of administrative assignments requiring a high level of competency in office procedures

Engage with counterparts and external partners to maintain communication between Xsolla and our partners

Compose emails, letters, and other correspondence; using extreme confidentiality when handling the highest level of confidential information

Support executives and the Americas Business Development team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Take detailed and accurate notes during internal and external meetings, and ensure key action items are captured and tracked

Help optimize Business Development workflows, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Contribute to the development and refinement of value propositions and messaging for partners and prospects

Support market‑facing activities, including preparation for outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups that drive new business opportunities

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of Business Development initiatives

Work independently, exercise considerable discretion and be forward thinking in managing executive activities such as speaking engagements, meetings, client relationships, research, and all executive duties as required

Assist with a variety of special projects and complex assignments as needed; exercising frequent independent judgment, initiative, and tact

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, expense reports, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Prepare agendas and make arrangements; such as coordinating catering for luncheons for committee, board, and other meetings

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the Business Development team

Travel as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Interactive Entertainment, or similar field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years' progressive experience as an assistant or in a supportive role (Experience at a Gaming, Fintech or E-commerce organization would be a plus)

Strong communicator, enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and counterparts to ensure the business operates smoothly and information flows between teams

You are tech savvy, can work your way around Google Workspace, and take on new applications with ease (Salesforce or other CRM, Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Loom, Concur, etc.)

You are eager to take on new projects and help with operations as needed

Strong customer service/interpersonal skills -- comfortable in a client‑facing role when needed

Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy

Effective time management skills with excellent attention to detailOrganization comes to you easily, and you are able to balance many things on your plate

Work well on deadlines and generally deliver ahead of schedule

Ability to travel up to 35% (domestic and international)

General gaming industry knowledge (huge plus) An entrepreneurial mindset and highly flexible is a must

Excellent writing skills, with a strong command of the English language

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
