BMW Service Advisor – Grayson BMW, Knoxville, TN We have an immediate opening for a BMW Service Advisor with Luxury/High Line Experience. Only candidates with Luxury/High Line Experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Serve as the center of communication for service/repair activities and act as liaison between customers and technicians.

Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, listening and thoroughly understanding customer problems.

Arrange for appropriate service/repairs and set/manage expectations between customers and technicians regarding service delivery.

Ensure customers know what repairs are needed and what maintenance is recommended.

Coordinate to guarantee the vehicle is repaired correctly the first time and in the shortest time possible.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with some post‑secondary automotive training or experience.

At least one year of dealer‑level or large facility experience.

Unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Strong technical and customer service performance record.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service.

ASE certification is a plus.

Ability to work productively in a fast‑paced team environment.
