We are currently seeking an entry level Service Advisor to join our team at Donley Auto Group in Ashland, Ohio. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with customers, determining their vehicle repair and service needs, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have automotive service advisor experience and a valid driver's license, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues Increase customer satisfaction by building strong customer relations Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide frequent updates to customers Maximize sales and execute retail promotions to increase profitability Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, ensuring efficient time management, parts ordering, and job completion times Participate in quality control measures to ensure high standards of service Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid and clean driving record Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control Previous automotive service advisor experience Fluent in English (read, write, and speak) Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions Strong multitasking skills Proficient use of computers and business machines
