Driver Requirements
Valid CDL‑A
Age 21 or older
Minimum 3 months recent CDL‑A experience
Ability to park truck at home or secure location
TRAINEE / RECENT CDL GRADUATES
4–6 weeks with an experienced mentor
Guaranteed weekly pay during training
Paid training with consistent, predictable income
Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
Solo upgrade based on performance, not a fixed timeline
