What You’ll Do
Be the friendly face and trusted advisor our customers rely on when they bring in their vehicles for service.
Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle’s needs and keep them informed throughout the repair process.
Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the correct parts are sourced and delivered to the technician quickly, maintaining fast and efficient service.
Schedule appointments for customers once parts arrive, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.
Work closely with our amazing team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple customer needs while maintaining high levels of organization and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Excellent phone etiquette
Good with computers
Fast learner & quick thinker
