Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kingsport, TN, for a Customer Service Sales Representative. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting appropriate products and services, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, proactively communicating with customers to identify needs, preparing quotes, and facilitating sales to achieve set goals. Collaboration with internal teams ensures customer satisfaction and resolves supply chain or product issues.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Sales and upselling skills, with a focus on achieving targets and providing tailored solutions
Organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as attention to detail when managing orders and inquiries
Technical knowledge of industrial products or willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or industrial products is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus
