Responsibilities
Initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying vehicle performance problems and service requests.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
Develop estimates and calculate customer payments, including deductibles.
Write repair orders, obtain approval signatures, and enter orders into the service database system.
Communicate additional repair and service needs based on vehicle inspection.
Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying vehicle repairs.
Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times, and service expenses.
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus.
Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
