Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Resident Relations Management

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.

Develop and plan property‑related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies.

Coordinate monthly newsletters and implement an educational programming model for social events.

Oversee new and existing resident community outreach and community development.

Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

Develop and implement resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter).

Personnel Management: Assist the Community Manager in the use of consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff.

Assist the Community Manager in ensuring staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks.

Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership.

Ensure staff compliance and consistency with company policies and procedures.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.

Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

Regular communication with others; repeated wrist, hand, or finger motions; accurate and thorough work; overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies) may be required.

Frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving around to accomplish tasks, or moving from one worksite to another.

Occasional ascent/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools; work in tight or confined spaces, overhead positions, reach, adjust or move objects up to 25 lbs.; operate machinery or power tools, motor vehicles and/or golf carts; work in extreme temperatures, indoor/outdoor environments, confined spaces; traverse varied terrain; exposure to hazardous chemicals possible.

Salary Range:

$21 per hour to $25 per hour

At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. When selecting the top candidate, the offer we extend is dependent on the facts associated with each individual’s relevant experience for the role. Our employment offer is accompanied by additional compensation associated with our comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401 K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable. Full‑time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
