Manage an assigned underwriting team and enforce corporate underwriting guidelines Implement effective underwriting practices and strategies to address profit challenges Coordinate with underwriters and agency management to achieve annual goals Develop and maintain agency relationships, focusing on profitability and growth Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and service directives What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
