The Social & Community Assistant supports the Social & Community team in executing content creation, community engagement and day-to-day operations, helping build brand relevance, engagement and connection with the audience.
This is a hands-on execution role, supporting key brand and commercial moments through social content and community activation.
Content Creation & Execution
Create and adapt image and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
Support execution of the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
Ensure timely, consistent and high-quality content delivery.
Support the day-to-day running of the brand ambassador programme.
Assist with community engagement, comments and interactions.
Monitor trends, platform updates and emerging formats.
Performance Tracking & Learning
Support reporting and learning to improve content effectiveness.
Assist in optimising content based on performance insights.
Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day admin tasks for the Social & Community team.
Support coordination with internal teams and external creators.
Job Requirements:
2+ years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management, ideally within the North American markets.
Familiarity with key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer tools.
Experience working with or managing influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, and community-building strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on performance metrics.
Proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
