Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across multiple brands and markets;
Be the go-to for affiliate partners: resolving requests, ensuring smooth launches, and strengthening long‑term relationships;
Collaborate across departments — from Product and Finance to Design and CRM — to bring campaigns to life;
Dive deep into performance data, tweak campaigns, and deliver on KPIs;
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us on the cutting edge
Qualifications
1+ years of hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably in iGaming);
Experience with SEO and PPC traffic;
Sharp understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate ecosystems;
Strong communication skills – you know how to build trust and keep it;
Data‑savvy with the ability to turn numbers into strategies;
Tech‑friendly mindset: tracking tools, postbacks, landing pages – you speak the language;
Thrives in cross‑functional teams and never shies away from a challenge;
Self‑starter with a results‑driven approach
