About the Role

Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline (3-4x coverage of targets). Account Management: Lead the entire sales process for companies with revenues

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and legal teams to tailor solutions. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Salesforce Maintenance: Update Salesforce (salesforce.com) for accurate records and forecasts. Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings in person or via platforms like MS Teams. About You

Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small‑medium companies (≤ $500M revenue) using a consultative, value‑based approach. Self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity, growth mindset, adaptable. Experience selling to C‑level executives with solution‑selling approach and impact assessment. Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent teamwork across departments. Drive to refine sales strategies, improve team culture and tools. College degree preferred, 4+ years direct field sales experience, preferably corporate sector; strong track record of exceeding quotas. Ability to develop and execute account plans.
