We’re looking for a Demand Marketeer to join our growing team in Ghent. In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Marketing and help lead the charge in driving demand for Ravical’s AI‑first platform for expert advisory firms.
You’ll develop and execute demand generation strategies aimed at professional services firms: accountants, legal advisors, insurance brokers, and more. Your scope will include both broad and targeted approaches, with a strong focus on account‑based marketing (ABM). That means identifying high‑potential firms, designing targeted campaigns for key stakeholders, and working closely with sales to drive qualified engagement.
You’ll experiment with content, channels, and tools – especially AI tools – to accelerate our reach and tailor messaging at scale. We care more about your ability to think, build, and iterate than about your CV length. If you already use AI / no‑code / low‑code tools to generate ideas, create assets, or optimise performance, you’ll feel right at home.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ghent.
Requirements
Experience running structured demand generation campaigns, ideally in B2B
Understanding of ABM strategies and tools, or strong interest to learn fast
Skilled in market research, segmentation, and persona‑based messaging
Analytical mindset with comfort around funnel metrics and campaign reporting
Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing workflows is a strong advantage
Creative thinker with a test‑and‑learn mentality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus: experience marketing to professional service firms
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field
