Position Summary The Community Associate will be an integral part of Bonneville Labs, positioned at the front desk and acting as a primary point of contact for members and visitors, they will often be seen as the face of the company. This position will be responsible for promoting and supporting a pleasant and welcoming space to provide a lasting first impression to guests of our facilities.
What You’ll Do
Provide office, administrative and operational support to the organization as a whole to include but not limited to:
Upkeep of facilities and decor to provide a tidy and pleasant environment
Supply ordering and inventory management
Communication liaison between inter-departments, members, external customers, partners and vendors
Coordinate and schedule staff meetings, events, and usage of conference rooms
Greet and provide assistance to staff, members, and guests both by phone and walk-ins
Coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries
Support onboarding/offboarding of members
Support executive team, lab operations and other departments as requested
Maintain records, spreadsheets, SOPs, and various other documents
Support internal and external events through brainstorming, planning, organizing and executing
Establish and maintain a pleasant and cooperative working relationship with clients of Bonneville Labs
Contribute to building company culture
Crosstrain both inter-department and other sites to provide back‑up support as required
May be required to stay after‑hours or work overtime as necessary (event clean‑up, urgent facility cleanliness issues, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Ability to work independently and to carry out assigned tasks to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Creative out‑of‑the‑box thinking
Your Work History will Include
2 years Administrative experience in a professional environment (construction, property management or similar preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer facing role
Your Educational Background
High school diploma or equivalent - required
Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of education) - preferred
Other Requirements
Travel: up to 25% for events and meetings within the Bay Area
