Fatboy is looking for a new addition to our marketing team. Are you the social ads expert who knows exactly how to get consumers moving? What will you be doing?
As a
Paid Social Specialist , you will dive into all advertising channels. You build our social campaigns and continuously optimize them. You will: Think proactively about creative angles and brief the creative team on campaign deliverables. Manage, build, and optimize international campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, and any other platforms you see potential in. Set up campaigns for every stage of the funnel — from awareness to conversion. Analyze data, run A/B tests and translate insights into smart optimizations. Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teamto align paid social efforts with SEA efforts and with broader business goals. Monitor performance and regularly adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives where needed. Report on campaign results and turn insights into actionable next steps for the team Spot trends within Paid Social and know exactly how to leverage them for Fatboy. Collaborate with external partners or tools when needed to enhance campaign performance. Who are you?
A specialist with a sharp eye for data and a passion for creativity. You bring: 2-4 years of experience with paid advertising across social channels. Proven experience in online marketing, ideally within creative or lifestyle brands, combined with strong performance marketing skills Knowledge of audience building, funnels, retargeting and creative testing. A strong sense of branding and how campaigns should support it. You’re someone who: Enjoys working in a young, flexible and informal marketing team. Takes initiative, pitches ideas and loves collaborating. Thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Is curious, data-driven and always looking for ways to improve campaigns.
