Secure competitive freight rates and commitments benefiting both carriers and customers. Identify Opportunities:
Conduct market research to find top carriers and match them with freight opportunities. Collaborate:
Work with internal teams to improve carrier performance and logistics efficiency. Organize:
Manage rate negotiations and keep detailed records of communications. Resolve Issues:
Act as the liaison between carriers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in outbound sales or relationship management; logistics experience is a plus. Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of logistics practices and market trends. Negotiation Skills:
Ability to close deals effectively. Organization:
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Tech Skills:
