Sale is a commission-based opportunity. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the communities, ensuring a high level of prospect and client satisfaction. Manage all aspects of sales management, including follow-ups, email campaigns, sign management, scheduling brokers' open, open houses, social media posts, and realtor relationships. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Purchase Agreements and prospect information. Conduct regular inspections of the communities, model homes, and spec homes to ensure it is well-maintained and meet Shawn Forth Homes standards. Market and promote Shawn Forth Homes and the communities we build in to attract new prospective buyers. Qualifications: Previous experience in New Home Sales (1 year). Self-motivated with strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in lead management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Salary and Benefits: Full Time Salary up to $130,000 per year, commission-based. Dental Insurance Health Insurance Model Hours: 1-5 pm Tuesday-Friday and 12-5 pm Saturday with Sunday/Monday off. Morning hours before the model opens are for showing spec homes, and lots, creating marketing collateral, posting on social media, and sign management. Job locations are in Edmond from Portland and Danforth to Covell and Douglas.
