Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Atlantic Golf Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all dining services and front-of-house staff development.
Located in the heart of the Hamptons; the “Gold Coast of Golf”, Atlantic is a Platinum Club of America and widely regarded as one of the premier courses in the Northeast. With a membership of just 180 Regular Members and approximately 10,000 annual rounds, the Club provides an intimate, service-focused environment where attention to detail and member enjoyment are paramount.
Ideal Candidate We seek a well-rounded professional who demonstrates the following strengths:
Delivering on a high standard to a discerning membership
Hands-on leadership and staff training experience
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage programs
Skill in setting up and executing food stations, buffets, and golf events
Ability to collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house
Working knowledge of the Jonas Club Software System
Understanding of culinary preparation, the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Strong team-building and motivational skills
Inquisitive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Experience managing beverage inventories, purchasing, budgets and labor costs
Scheduling staff
Club Dining and Service Model The Club operates seasonally, from last Friday in April through the last Sunday in October (approximately six months).
Open six days per week for breakfast and lunch
Numerous golf events with both on-course and clubhouse food & beverage components
Typical operating hours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., offering a balanced work schedule and personal time in the evenings
Staff Housing Atlantic provides on-site housing for its seasonal team, including U.S.-based and international H-2B staff. The F&B Manager will be provided housing for the duration of employment.

Qualifications
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in high-end private clubs (preferably in the Northeast)
Golf club or culturally similar background strongly preferred
A degree in Hospitality Management or Business is helpful but not required
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, professionalism, and emotional intelligence are keys to success
