Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles; maintains a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and organization Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and feedback Complies with labor laws, policies, and procedures Communicates accurately with management and associates Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives Participates in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment Who We’re Looking For
