Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Job Summary: Keep tab on due dates for approvals, application filing and coordination with Food & Drugs Administration/CDSCO for timely approvals under Drugs & Cosmetics Act (i.e. WHO GMP, Retention of Drugs Manufacturing Licenses, Grant of Loan Licenses, Product Approvals, Certificate of Pharmaceutical Products, Licenses for Test & Analysis, Approval of Technical Staff & others as per requirement); having knowledge of ONDLS Portal. Coordination with State Pollution Control Board and Plant EHS Team for Environmental Compliances as per applicable legislations/guidelines and requisite approvals. Coordination for requisite Licenses/Permissions/Permits from State Excise Department. Ensure Constant Power Supply support to the manufacturing units and minimal usages of DGs. Coordination with District Administration, State Industries Department, Town & Country Planning, Local Government, Fire, Revenue, Labour and other related departments for the approvals. CSR (Corporate Social responsibilities) - Identification & implementation of CSR Projects in local areas. Corporate Relations Management - represent the company before the authorities in order to protect organization interest in an effective manner. Tracking of Policies/Guidelines changes and information sharing with business impact. Coordination for approvals from Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organisation. Maintain Compliance Reports and record keeping at Plant level. Areas Of Responsibility Timely approvals Protect Organizational Interest Tracking of changes in applicable laws, policies & guidelines Relations building with Government authorities & outside the organization Frequent Local Travel for Coordination with Govt.
