Job Summary Growing Seasons Landscaping (GSL) is hiring a
Landscape Account Manager
to oversee client relationships, manage service quality, and support operations across our commercial and residential landscape projects. This role blends customer service, estimating, scheduling, and project oversight. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to GSL’s high standards. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned landscape accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct regular site walks to assess property needs and identify improvements
Prepare estimates, proposals, and service recommendations
Coordinate with foremen and crews to schedule work efficiently
Monitor job quality, progress, and customer satisfaction
Follow up with clients after service visits and address concerns promptly
Track budgets, materials, labor hours, and project costs
Support snow/ice management planning as needed for winter season
Ensure all work follows GSL safety standards and core values
Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and client records
Requirements
Experience in landscaping, grounds management, or similar field
Customer service or account management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of landscape services (mulching, planting, pruning, seasonal maintenance, enhancements)
Ability to interpret site needs and develop accurate proposals
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors year-round during site visits
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
