Location : Remote USA, preferred location on the East Coast
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Develop and maintain relationships with Utility‑Scale and Community Solar project developers, EPCs, system integrators, asset owners, and design engineering firms
Actively pursue sales leads and build a sales pipeline
Assist with forecasting revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required
Nurture relationships with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to ensure that SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for their installations
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive market penetration
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to make informed business decisions
Work closely with cross‑functional teams across the division and across geographies, including product management, engineering, solution engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals and execution plans
Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the US market
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing sales with a track record of revenue growth
Ability to travel up to 50%
Previous experience in the PV industry is a significant advantage; knowledge of Utility‑Scale and Community Solar is a plus
Strong technical aptitude to understand the technical workings of the SolarEdge product offering
Ability to communicate product benefits to potential customers in easy‑to‑grasp terms
Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing large revenue deals
Ability to identify, prospect, and convert new accounts
Demonstrated success operating effectively in a fast‑paced, complex, rapid‑growth environment
Strong customer‑service focus with demonstrable skills in handling complex customer issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinker who is a self‑starter and can drive results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market
A hungry go‑getter with a strong can‑do and hands‑on attitude
