Position Overview HungerRush is seeking sales professionals who are ready to help small business restaurants adapt and thrive in the new “digital eating economy”. The HungerRush 360 platform helps customers master operational efficiencies, create awesome guest experiences & analyze customer data for valuable insight. As a part of our growing sales team, you will hunt for new prospects, build relationships with decision makers & use a consultative sales approach to structure the right solution for restaurant customers.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Houston location (ZIP code 77007), requiring on-site presence five days a week.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Rapidly master HungerRush’s products and services and aggressively position our solutions to solve revenue, operational, and growth challenges for restaurant operators

Deliver a clear, compelling, and differentiated

value

proposition, confidently handling objections and competitively positioning HungerRush in every conversation

Own and execute a defined SMB and mid-market territory plan with urgency, discipline, and accountability to drive consistent pipeline creation

Augment marketing-generated leads with

high-volume outbound prospecting , including

100+ cold calls per day , targeted outreach, networking, and creative self-sourced lead generation

Prospect into a defined market to identify, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of HungerRush opportunities

Consistently

schedule and conduct 3–5 product demonstrations per week , converting discovery conversations into qualified, high-intent opportunities

Run the full sales cycle end-to-end—from lead development and discovery through demonstration, proposal presentation, objection handling, and close

Maintain strict pipeline hygiene and accurate activity tracking in Salesforce to support forecasting, performance visibility, and deal progression

Stay current on competitive solutions and market trends to effectively differentiate HungerRush and win deals

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

Demonstrated

conviction and competitive drive

with a strong desire to win, take ownership of outcomes, and consistently push beyond comfort zones

High levels of

enthusiasm and energy , with the ability to bring urgency, confidence, and positivity into every customer interaction

Proven

intelligence and curiosity , including the ability to quickly learn complex products, understand restaurant operations, and translate value into business outcomes

Uncompromising

integrity , with a track record of doing the right thing for customers, teammates, and the business—even when it’s hard

Prior experience in SaaS or technology sales to SMB or mid-market customers is preferred but not required;

performance, mindset, and coachability matter more than tenure

Strong communication, discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills aligned with a full‑cycle sales role

Comfortable operating in a

high‑activity, metric‑driven environment

(e.g., 100+ calls per day, consistent demo volume)

Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting

Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and lead generation technologies

Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and navigate differing priorities to close deals

Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, including marketing, product, implementation, and customer success

Restaurant industry knowledge is required , with

pizza industry experience strongly preferred

Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement in a transparent sales culture
