JOB DESCRIPTION The Manager, Digital Ad Sales Finance, is responsible for forecasting and analyzing advertising sales performance across Entertainment, Sports, and News. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of Fox Corporation while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Ad Sales, Research, Technology, and Pricing & Planning. The Manager will support all digital ad sales finance functions and play a key role in the team’s FP&A responsibilities. This position reports directly to the Senior Director.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead monthly financial close activities for Ad Sales revenue (Direct IO, programmatic, and partnership revenue), including digital revenue accruals, revenue share calculations, and general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare monthly metrics reporting and detailed variance analyses
Deliver executive-ready variance explanations, financial insights, and commentary to support decision-making
Analyze and report sales risks and opportunities relative to forecasts, identifying key drivers such as capacity, pricing, and sell-through
Design, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
Partner cross-functionally with Market Research, Digital Sales, and Inventory/Yield Management to ensure forecasts reflect business drivers and market trends
Perform sensitivity analyses to quantify the financial impacts of key assumptions
Support the development of new reporting, KPIs, and dashboards that measure business performance and assess new initiatives
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Digital Media with a strong track record of analytical and strategic contributions
Experience with General Ledger systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) and Tableau
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong initiative, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated strength in communication and presentation skills
High energy and ability to multitask

Compensation and Benefits Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
