Outside Sales Representative Full‑time

Lynch Truck Center of Waterford is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our Commercial Sales Division. This role is perfect for a self‑starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll be the face of our company in the field, meeting with business owners, fleet managers, and decision‑makers to provide tailored vehicle solutions. The four available territories are: Madison, WI; McHenry County, IL; Kenosha, WI; and Fox Valley, WI.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business accounts in assigned territory

Build and maintain strong client relationships with fleet managers and business owners

Present and sell fleet vehicle solutions that meet client needs

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Proven success in outside sales (fleet, automotive, or B2B sales preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory

Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
