Inside Sales Partner is responsible for farming within existing clients remotely and managing the entire sales cycle. They engage with current clients via phone, email, or other virtual channels to effectively close deals and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with current clients
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails.
Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, provide solutions to customer needs, while upselling products or services.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and activities in a CRM system.
Stay up to date on product and service information and research competitor offerings.
Manage client qualifications to identify targets and strategies
Partner with marketing to maintain proper collateral and tool needs
Meet or exceed KPI’s
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience in a competitive quota, results-driven environment
Successful track record at nurturing, managing and developing sales with existing clients
Possess strong and polished professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems and internet/social media platforms
Track record of high achievement
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Payroll experience a plus
Fintech or HR compliance background a plus
Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or related field a plus
CP Payroll believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of this role's hiring base salary range is $55,000 - $65,000. The actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s education, training, experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, all CP Payroll team members receive equity and participate in either an annual bonus plan, based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan with on-target earnings (OTE) of $90,000 - $100,000 including base salary and commission. The commission structure will be shared in detail during the interview process.
